One downside of a full PU system is that it is less breathable compared to lace systems. During intense physical activity, heat and sweat can build up under the PU base, which might make it less comfortable for people who sweat a lot. If breathability is a concern, some active users may prefer an Australian base or a hybrid like the Q6 Base

While not as breathable as lace systems, the full poly system is highly suited for cooler environments or individuals who prefer durability over airflow.
